How often is there a new fact?
Every day. A new fact goes up each morning at 6 a.m. Eastern.
How do you check your facts?
We use reference sources such as space agencies, geological surveys, museums and dictionaries, and every post tells you how to check it yourself. If we cannot back it up, it does not run.
Can I suggest a fact?
Yes, please. Use the contact page and tell us your source. We check each one before it runs.
How long does delivery take?
Printing usually needs 3 to 7 business days, and shipping within the US adds a few more days. You will receive tracking details by e-mail.
What about shipping charges?
Fun fact: it varies. The checkout page works out the rate for your order and shows it before you pay.
Can you send orders abroad?
Not yet, sorry. We only deliver to US addresses at this time.
What is your return policy?
Printed-on-demand goods cannot be returned for sizing or a change of mind. Anything that reaches you damaged, misprinted or wrong will be replaced or refunded if you contact us within 30 days.
How can I pay?
We use Stripe at checkout, which accepts major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card numbers are never stored by us.
