Fun fact: nothing here exists until you order it. Below is what that means for delivery.

Delivery facts

• Country: the US only for now.
• Rate: calculated at checkout from your order and address.
• Speed: printing takes 3 to 7 business days on most items, and delivery follows. Embroidered caps and peak holiday periods need a bit more time.
• Follow along: a tracking e-mail goes out when your parcel leaves. Some orders split into two shipments.

Returns facts

Items are printed one by one for each customer, so a wrong size or a change of mind cannot be returned. Double-check the size notes on the product page first.

If your order is damaged, printed badly or simply the wrong thing, write to sales@one-stop.com within 30 days, including your order number and a quick photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost, and you get to pick which.
